By downloading, installing, or using AFNBM, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AFNBM.

You must comply with the age requirements applicable to your Epic Games, Microsoft, and any other relevant accounts in order to use AFNBM. By using AFNBM, you represent that your use does not violate any applicable age restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AFNBM account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access to it.

Astryq Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AFNBM is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use AFNBM to manage FN bot accounts on your own device for your own purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party terms.

You must not use AFNBM to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe the rights of any third party, interfere with or disrupt any services or systems, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify AFNBM beyond what is permitted by applicable law, or distribute, resell, or sublicense AFNBM or access to AFNBM services.

AFNBM interacts with services operated by Epic Games and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. Astryq Studios is not responsible for the availability, content, or conduct of third-party services.

AFNBM is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.

AFNBM and its associated materials are the property of Astryq Studios. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to Astryq Studios' intellectual property except as necessary to use AFNBM as described.

AFNBM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Astryq Studios does not warrant that AFNBM will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astryq Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AFNBM, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Astryq Studios may update AFNBM or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of AFNBM after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version of these terms will be made available through an Astryq Studios website or other appropriate location.

Astryq Studios may suspend or terminate your access to AFNBM services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using AFNBM at any time.
