AFNBM may process information that is necessary to provide its functionality, including AFNBM account information such as your username and email address, authentication/session information associated with your AFNBM account, Epic Games account identifiers, and Epic Games device authentication credentials for FN bot accounts you add to the application.

AFNBM may also process technical information required for communication with Astryq Studios services and Epic Games services, including API requests, authentication responses, application version information, and error information.

Information is used only where necessary to provide AFNBM functionality, including authenticating your AFNBM account, connecting and managing FN bot accounts, maintaining application sessions, communicating with required online services, providing application updates, and diagnosing errors or technical problems.

FN bot device authentication credentials and related bot configuration are stored locally on the user's device so that added bot accounts can reconnect without requiring a new authorization code each time.

AFNBM may also store application settings, logs, and authentication/session information locally on the user's device.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of the device on which AFNBM is installed.

AFNBM communicates with services operated by Astryq Studios where required for account authentication, API access, application configuration, release information, and related application functionality.

Information sent to Astryq Studios services is limited to information reasonably required to provide those services.

AFNBM communicates directly with Epic Games services in order to provide FN-related functionality. Information transmitted to Epic Games is subject to Epic Games' own privacy policies and terms.

AFNBM is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.

Astryq Studios does not sell personal information.

Information may be transmitted to third-party services only where required for AFNBM to operate, such as Epic Games services, or where required by law.

AFNBM may create local log files containing technical information about application activity and errors. These logs are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to provide them to Astryq Studios for support or troubleshooting.

Users should review logs before sharing them, as technical logs may contain account identifiers or other information generated by external services.

Locally stored information remains on the user's device until it is removed through AFNBM, deleted manually, or the application's data is removed.

Information stored by Astryq Studios services is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain account functionality, meet security requirements, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information processed by Astryq Studios services. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Users should protect access to their Windows account, AFNBM account, Epic Games accounts, and any devices on which AFNBM is installed.

You may stop using AFNBM at any time and remove locally stored application data from your device. You may also contact Astryq Studios regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with services operated by Astryq Studios, subject to applicable legal requirements.

AFNBM is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Users must comply with the age requirements applicable to their Microsoft, Epic Games, and other relevant accounts.

This privacy policy may be updated as AFNBM develops or its data practices change. The latest version will eventually be made available through an Astryq Studios website or other appropriate location.
